Baking has been a newfound hobby of mine the past couple months and while i always want to explore new recipes, ingredients and taste combinations, it's also helpful to remember the dishes that worked out and are delicious. this is why i made this section, so i can save all these recipes in a single place instead of having to search for them in my browser bookmarks, youtube histoy, cooking books or anywhere else. But everyone else is also welcome to try these recipes themselves, I promise you won't regret it :D
Ingredients:
For 3 Pizzas
Recipe:
Mix everything together and keep adding flour until the dough is just about workable without it sticking to your hands. Pretty straight forward, huh
Ingredients:
For the Spongecake
For the Filling
For the Cream
Recipe:
Add together all ingredients for the cake and mix together for about a minute. Bake it for about 15 minutes on 170°C. Let it cool before assembling the layers. Mix together the cream, and then layer it as cake > jam > cream > raspberries > cream one or two the times over and top it off with a last layer of cake and sprinkle powdered sugar on it. Tada!
Ingredients:
For the Rolls
For the Cinnamon-sugar
For the Frosting
Recipe:
Mix together the sugar, the butter and a pinch of salt, a whole egg and the flour along with a packet of yeast and the buttermilk (protip: adding a tablespoon of lemon juice to milk works perfectly) and mix together well. Next step is putting the dough in an oiled bowl and letting it double in size over 1-2 hours. When you're ready to assemble the rolls, oil your work surface and rolling pin and after kneading it for a minute roll it out. Sprinkle the cinnamonsugar on the dough and roll it up. Cut into approximately 12 pieces and after putting them on a baking tray and leaving them alone for 30 minutes to proof, these bad boys are ready to be baked on 190°C for about 20 minutes. Once they're done and you let them cool a little you can apply the frosting and enjoy :D
Ingredients:
For 6 Rolls
Recipe:
Pretty easy stuff, butter up wholegrain slices of toast, spread nutella on them. Roll them up and soak them in stirred eggs. Put them on a baking tray and sprinkle cinnamonsugar from the cinnamon roll recipe on them generously. Once all of this is done chuck them in the oven for about 15 minutes after which they should be done.
